revision of the Department of Theatre Arts code and approve
it with the following revisions:

Section V fourth sentence Rewrite to read
as follows "The Personnel Committee shall
review the file on each faculty member being
considered to insure the completeness and
accuracy of the file." It is the responsi-
bility of the Department chair to develop
and maintain personnel files.
