No additional instructions beyond those contained in the committee
charge.

The committee has functioned with an outstanding chair for the past
many years and can be improved only by his absence from the elected
membership for 1984-85 which means he can no longer be chair.
Additionally, the committee has a secretary who refuses to take notes
or do the Annual Report--have forgotten who this lovely person is!
Also, have Professor JoAnn Jones as Vice-Chair, but since the Chair is
always there, she has only contributed and not chaired the meetings.
(Note: Larry, JoAnn did chair one meeting in your absence, changed the
Arabie numbers on agenda form to correct Roman numerals! !]

No important accomplishments other than providing the outstanding
agenda!

No resolutions have originated with this committe during the present
year.

No proposals or business to be carried over to 1984-85
