Committee Meetings: October 4, 1984 Members absent: Pat Garton, Virginia
McGrath, Fred Ragan, and Robert Schellenberger.

Date of reports to Faculty Senate during the year. None.

Specific instructions given to the committee by the Faculty Senate other
than those found in the committee's organizational charge. None.

A brief statement of committee organization, subcommittees, research
activities, etc. Officers: Trenton G. Davis, Chairman; Larry Hough,
Vice-Chairman; and Eldean Pierce, Secretary. The committee met only
once for purposes of electing officers and alternates. No further
activities were required during the year.

agencies other than the Faculty Senate. The committee is charged with
meeting only as required to hear appeals (See Appendix D).
