Revisions in Unit Codes of Operation for the School of Art and the
Departments of Biology, Geography, Mathematics and Sociology.

Constitutional Amendments

Recommendation of Credits Committee:

"Tn no case, however, may a student drop a course after the last
regularly scheduled class meeting prior to the examination."
(Undergraduate Catalogue, page 54, paragraph 1, last sentence )

Motion to approve amended Calendar for 1985-1986

Motions/resolutions presented for your information but which do not require
approval: ;

Motion to refer amendment concerning mutilation of library
materials originally intended for inclusion in the Academic
Integrity document to the Joint Judicial Board.

Adoption of Academic Integrity document excluding III.C.5 with the
recommendation that the committee return to the Senate in October
with revisions concerning this section and also a statement
concerning the involvement of students in academic integrity.

83-27 Amendment to 1985-1986 Academic Calendar:
Time for classes to end November 27, 1985, (Thanksgiving Break )
changed from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

83-28 Amendment to 1985-1986 Academic Calendar:
Beginning dates of fall semester, 1985, changed to Wednesday, August
21, with the next three dates adjusted accordingly and with Monday,
August 26, 1985, scheduled for classes to begin.

Appropriate documents are enclosed. Thank you for your consideration of these
