September 20 October 25 November 15 December 6 January 24, 1984 February 21 March 27 April 17 and 18 (organizational meeting for 1984/85) PROPOSAL FOR STUDENT OPINION SURVEY .OF GENERAL COLLEGE ADVISER EFFECTIVENESS Survey will be conducted on an optical mark reader edition of the attached survey form. The General College Committee voted to eliminate item #5 from the form. The survey will be conducted each spring semester during preregistration. Ratings will be reported to the adviser, the adviser's unit head, and to the Dean of the General College as follows: -mean for each item for each adviser -mean for each item for all advisers in unit -mean for each item for all advisers in General College. 5.
