Moore has been laboring day and
night for almost a year to build
up the State organization and so
far has received but for his
services. His salary is
per year. Secretary T. B. Par-

treasury and the prospects are

future. No effort has yet been
made to pay the State assess-

money for the support of the
State organization is to have the
