roll for the year, it having just <lb/>
been completed. There are <lb/>
first class pensioners; second <lb/>

class pensioners and widows. <lb/>
This is an increase of pen- <lb/>
over the roll for 1902. Dur- <lb/>
the past year pensioners <lb/>
died. A large part of the increase <lb/>
in the number of pensioners this <lb/>
year is on account of the act of the <lb/>
last legislature allowing widows of <lb/>

to draw pensions. <lb/>
Dr. Dixon says there will be a <lb/>

of the individual pensions as com- <lb/>
