class; third class; fourth <lb />
class pensioners and widows. <lb />
This is an increase of pen- <lb />
over the roll for 1902. Dur- <lb />
the past year pensioners <lb />
died. A large part of the increase <lb />
in the number of pensioners this <lb />
year is on account of the act of the <lb />
last legislature allowing widows of <lb />
veterans second died <lb />
to draw pensions. <lb />
Dr. Dixon says there will be a <lb />
slight decrease only in the amounts <lb />
of the individual pensions as com- <lb />
pared with last year. <lb />
