committee, who in a brief speed <lb/>
stated that purpose of the con-<lb/>
friends of the different <lb/>
dates for governor to retire and <lb/>
select delegate to the State con- <lb/>

This motion brought forth a <lb/>

J. L. Fleming offering an amend- <lb/>
