<salute>Dear Mrs. Fletcher:</salute>
</opener>

<p>I was rather concerned about the script changes you made until your post script indicating Mrs. Eringhaus will play the Duckess of Marlborough. I would be very dubious in rehearsing anyone of these inexperienced people around you and Mr. Harding. The actual changes in script make no difference to me whatsoever.</p>

<p>Since the three of you are able to rehearse together I will rest content.</p>

<p>You indicate you will be here on Monday. Could you possibly attend our Bath-Washington run through on Monday evening. Instructions inclosed. Because of several out of town cast members our problems are amplified. The Monday evening run through will be the first and only time that some of the scenes will be practised. Your coming too would allow us to solve some of our problems in advance of Tuesday's dress rehearsal.</p>

<p>Please feel free to call me in Washington, 388W, upon your arrival if you have any questions or if I can be of any service.</p>

<closer><salute>Most cordially,</salute>
