<salute>Dear Mrs. Fletcher:</salute>
</opener>

<p>I have your letter of the 9th and we are planning on having a costume sent for Queen Anne from Philadelphia. I am sending you the measurement blank tomorrow which you will please return to me as soon as possible.</p>
<p>The date of the pageant is October 4th but we would like also to have you here on Monday when Mr. William Polk is to make an historical address.</p>

<p>We, of course, will expect Mr. Fletcher to come with you and if you will let me know when you will arrive I will arrange about your reservation.</p>
<p>There is much agitation at the present time about having the pageant another night as we have already had more requests for admission than we can get in. Would it be possible for you to also be present on Wednesday night.</p>

<closer><salute>Sincerely,</salute>
