I will try and write you a few lines to see if you will write and give me a little direction how to use your remedy.

I am 46 years old. I have had good health till this year and have been sick most of the time. I never was married. I reckon it is the change of life. I have been regular all my life and am yet, but it gives my head fits. I have taken your remedy—think it has done me some good. It helped my legs—they ache all the time. Please write and let me know if I am to take your remedy when I am sick or not. That’s all that I am afraid of. Write soon. Excuse all mistakes and bad writing and spelling
