	<p>I Seat my Self this morning to drop you a fu lines in answer to the one I recd yesterday Date the 7 I was glad to here from you one that you are all well that is one great bles my health is very good I can eat all I can git and lik my lips for more,, that Hays came By the 2 came 2 days before his time was out he sed he had busnes at <name type="place" key="name-00000013"><reg>Raleigh (N.C.)</reg><orig>Raleigh</orig></name> but I Don know if now any chance I write to you of Sending  me a Box give Serena fore Dolars worths of that palmepo<note n="1" type="edit">palmepo: palmetto; Palmetto tree fronds were often used to make women's hats.</note> Bob Part her wants hur to make his girl a hat I pade 10 dol he paid 4 that makes 14 dol it cost you can devide it with Serena I pade 2 dol to send it home</p>

Caldwell</reg><orig>R.C.C</orig></name> I am one or 2 a head of you I think you will have to keep a sharp look out for that Boy you could have got C.A.C. to spoke till Archebel and Send you word but that is a bad plan to trust to uther folks get him if you can if you cant try sum one elce you can git sum one I want you to run 2 plows Sow that late Pece of corn in wheat Sow all the Stock ground down I am gld to here you got that fence fence fixt git all the rails made as you can the fences Needs them</p>
