	<p>I Seat my Self this morning in answer to your kined letter which I Rec'v in Du time it found R.C.C in Bad health I have the chills I had one Thursday and a muther Saterday I am taken medison from the Doct to day to Stop them I taken a hevy doce of calonseur and rulers yesterday it made me very Sick to day I am taken quinen<note n="1" type="edit">quinen: quinine, a medicine derived from cinchona bark and chiefly used to treat malaria</note> and a Belt of Spirits of turpen round my Body to try to Stop the chil to day there lots Sicknes here our mes has all bin sick but 2 or 3 with chills I hope I will get them broke up to day I Dont feel much like writing to day I feel very weak my head Akes to day</p>

	<p>Well Mag I Recd my Box it was all right but the cucunbers tha were Spoild But I hant apetite to eat any thing my apels is fine but I am afraid tha will rot before I can eat them I will eat sum of them any how one of my pears was roten you never told me where those Apl's grue whether our trees had Apls or no you requested to no whether you wold despose of sum wheat or flower I think it do it you will make corn anuf if your corn is good Sell the wheat or flower which you can git the most mony for Sell every thing as high as you can if <name type="person" key="name-00000001"><reg>Robert C.
