This collection contains a selection of material from the Robert Morgan Papers, which are held in Joyner Library's Special Collections. Morgan was a U.S. senator for North Carolina from 1975-1981. He was active in state politics both before and after his term there, serving as a state senator, as North Carolina's attorney general, and as director of the State Bureau of Investigation.
