I own a house down the street from the mill on Saxon av.It is in an area called Mansville Village do you know when these houses were built?I remember when I was in the 5th grade at Janie Carlyle Hargrove School I think in 1994 i.watched the mill burn as I stood across the road.i remember when they rebuilt some of it.One turret was still standing.My sister worked in the new building for years with Mullar Steam until they moved to St Paul's NC.I can remember when Ms.Mamie caught the mail on a platform whith a huck and put it in the postal boxes there was no home delivery back then.Any information would be greatly appreciated Thanks Katraine Hayes Anders 2283 Kilborne Dr Charlotte NC.
