2005. She graduated from North Carolina Central
University with magna cum laude honors and was
awarded a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology.
- Although she has managed to achieve very high
achievements and engaged in numerous successful xe
activities throughout her four year journey, they all
came with many challenges. Despite oppositions
and challenges she has emerged as a highly notable
leader from serving as President of Health Careers
club and Vice President of Eagle Landing Hall
Counsel to being an exclusive Honorable member
of some of NCCU Ts programs such as University Honors Program, Golden Key-:
International Honour Society, Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, Collegiate All-Ameri-
can Scholar, Chancellor. The Lovely Ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorpo-
rated. She was also apart of Boston University Ts Early Medical School Selection
Program during the summers of college and her entire senor year.
In the fall of 2009, Cierrea will venture to Brody School of Medicine and pursue a
Career as a physician. Her primary interest is pediatric care. She has also been
awarded a four year full scholarship from the United States Army to attend medical
school and has been commissioned as asecond lieutenant ;

At different times, the paper was also published as The "M"inority Voice and The Minority Voice. It focused on the Black community in Eastern North Carolina.
