Public comments are heard over the rezoning of an area around Kingsboro, N.C. for the future construction of an Iowa Beef Producers pork processing plant. Residents of the county are concerned about the negative impact the plant would have on the health of the residents of Kingsboro and the environment despite the creation of jobs and the promise of development for the county.
