Mrs. Joe Person

Dear Madam:

Enclosed you will find a clipping of your remedy from the News & Observer. My wife has a hard lump under her right breast something like a tumor. Hers pains her at times, especially when she exerts herself much. If you feel your remedy can remove her lump please let me hear from you and your terms. I have been

thinking of sending her to Richmond, but much prefer it being carried away without the use of the knife. Please let me hear from you and kindly oblige.

Very respectfully,
Jno S. Powell
