He also describes training at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as a civil engineer; duty on Guam; and planning and construction assignments at Norfolk, Atlantic City, San Diego, Hawaii, Midway, Easter Island, Johnson Island, and Kwajalein. - April 27, 2001
