- Appraisal reports related to parcel 9-2 located at Pitt St., Greenville, N.C. and owned by Josephine L. Rawl. A West Appraisal (1963) by George M. West, Real Estate Appraiser. This plot of land was uninhabited and can be seen in the photograph in the report as containing only overgrown vegetation. The property was included in the Shore Drive Redevelopment Project meant to "revitalize" Greenville's downtown area, but which broke up a vibrant African American community and displaced over 250 African American families in the name of economic development.
