White Hall dedication address
Address at the dedication of East Carolina University's White Residence Hall and acceptance of the portrait of Ruth White. The address was delivered by North Carolina state Attorney General and ECU Board of Trustees member Robert Morgan. White was an educator who started working at East Carolina Teachers College (as it was known then) in 1937 as a dormitory counselor or matron before eventually being named to the position of Dean of Women in 1951. She held that position until her retirement in 1969. Note: Not Scanned. Numbered: vol. 04, no. 21.
