Dear Billy Edd:
We are delighted that you will be joining us for the 1991 National Conference on
Outdoor Drama sponsored by the Institute of Outdoor Drama. The conference will
be held October 24-27, in Bardstown, KY, home of Paul Green?s The Stephen Foster
Story.
The workshop session you will present, "Writing Music for Outdoor Drama," is
scheduled for Friday, October 25, from 1:45pm until 3:00pm, in the beautiful,
open-air Rotunda on the grounds of My Old Kentucky Home. We will provide a
stool, a floor mike, and a cassette player. Please let us know if you require
anything else.
You will be our guest at The Holiday Inn. We have reserved a room for you for
Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, October 24-27. As soon as you know your
schedule, give us a call so that we can confirm the reservation with the Inn.
I?ove enclosed a copy of the conference schedule which has already gone to press.
You will receive a brochure with conference registration form in early September.
In the meantime, feel free to call me if you have questions.
Once again, we are delighted that you will be with us in Bardstown for the 29th
Annual Conference on Outdoor Drama.
Sincerely,
Scott J. Parker
Director
