Dear Richard:

We??Tre delighted Mix International Lighting will be sponsoring two of the social
hours at the 1991 National Conference on Outdoor Drama, October 24-27, in
Bardstown, KY.

The Welcome Reception is scheduled for Thursday, October 24, from 6:30pm until
7:30pm, at The Holiday Inn, Bardstown. The Open House is scheduled to begin at
9:00pm that same evening, also at The Holiday Inn.

As you know, Sandi Nipp, sales manager of The Holiday Inn, has agreed to allow
you to bring in the liquor. The Holiday Inn will provide the rooms and set them
up to your specifications free of charge. You may contract with the Inn to tend
bar and to provide set-ups or, if you prefer, you may make those arrangements
yourself. We are expecting between 60 and 80 people at each event.

If you would like to set up a promotional display at these events, you are
welcome to do so.

I have enclosed a copy of the conference schedule which has already gone to
press. You will receive the conference brochure in early September. In the
meantime, if you have questions, please feel free to call me. You may reach
Sandi Nipp at 502-348-9253.

I look forward to meeting you in Bardstown.

Sincerely,

Scott J. Parker
Director
