Her letter doesn't.mention the Saturday banquet at all.
Do you know why?

Judy

spoke with Sandy Nipp this morning (July 24)
1. she will not charge us the $50.00 set up fee.
2. they have agreed the deadline for hotel reservations
will be. Oct. TOs=-not.@6t. 9

I gave Sandi our agreement that we will want Nancy
Barker and her group - Sandi said Nancy has agreed

to work this for free as their contribution to the
Nelson County Tourism Board, etc. - I told Sandi

that while our plans were not final, we think we'll
want Nancy & group to perform in the same room as the
banquet, immediately following the meal and Sumner Award
presentation, and pkbkk probably not perform at the social
hour following - I also asked Sandi to ask Nancy to

send bio. info. and photos to us Because of heavy work

demands, Sandi will ask Nancy to do that in 2 weeks - scott

so, unless I've missed something, our letter and Sandi's

should be in agreement - I told Sandi we would be sending

our letter today, for her to look over it, and if she
is in agreement, to sign it, and send it back to us
together with their formal contract -

I also told, Sandi she would probably be dealing with
you from here on out, and the division of our
responsibilities -

so, unless I've missed something, we should be up and
rolling on this -

thanks
