- Graphic design by Darius Devon Brown for Spring 2012 in ART3219. Secure universal electronic health status system. Designed to eliminate frequent first walk-in registrations at medical facilities and track an individual’s medical history. Ucare plus is designed to be easy to transfer and easy to sustain. You have the ability to take more control of your medical history. The system allows people to track their health status precisely and specific to their body and medical profiles. All medical records are secure and transferred through the medical facilities by doctors with diagnostics codes and doctors icd9. It is shown in tablet and phone application form but is being design for web and software use also. Seven examples of the ipad pages from the app.
