Visible in this photo: U.S. Coast Guard poster (Action Today / Ready All Ways), Marine Corps poster (The Marine Corps Builds Men!), Biggs Drug Store, Sealtest Ice Cream advert, Sherwin-Williams store, and a Frigidaire appliance center. It also looks like there is a little snow on the ground.

I believe this is in front of the old post office, across the street from the count house. Biggs drug store was across the street from the court house.
