This is St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Greenville, NC. The chapel (previously the main church) still looks the same in 2010.

This is St. Paul's, but the altar rail and the choir sections pictured have since been moved. An altar table facing the nave is now present where the people are standing. These changes would have taken place some time after the Second Vatican Council inspired liturgical reform starting in the mid-1960s.
