Description
1921 silent film about the Lost Colony produced in Manteo, N.C., by Atlas Educational Film Co., as part of a series of films covering the earliest English Expeditions (1584-1591) in the U.S. Original film was apparently copied in the 1950s (?) onto 16 mm reel to reel tape. The film was digitized by Dr. Larry Tise in recent years onto a DVD. Our 2 DVD copies are a part of the Institute of Outdoor Theatre Archives.
