- East Carolina University basketball: 1968-69. Basketball program for the ECU men's basketball team. Co-captain Earl Thompson and Richard Kier are featured on the cover. Included in the program is the team's roster, schedule, player and coach profiles, and a season preview. Also included of note is a photograph (p. 29) of ECU president Dr. Leo Jenkins standing over a model of ECU's sports complex which includes Minges Coliseum, Ficklen Stadium (now known as Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium), the track, and two baseball diamonds. Below the photograph is a description of the expansion of the Ficklen Stadium.
