I belive this is the old hospital off west 5th st and moye blvd which is now 911 communications and the health department.

The intersection at top of picture is where Farmville Blvd and Stantonsburg Road meet Memorial Drive, which at the time had a grass median. Rather ironic the hospital is flanked by a group of "tobacco" barns.
