Description
Typed and signed letter from Frank A. Bartimo to his wife Kay while he was living in Heidelberg, Germany. Bartimo writes of how glad he is to hear that her work is interesting and keeps her busy, how much he misses her and would like her to be there with him. He discusses beginning a German language course and photography lessons, the photos he printed from his stay at the Bayrisher Hof, and the shows at the military club. Bartimo served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, then as a civilian was employed by the Army's Judge Advocate section in Heidelberg, Germany, from December 1946 to February 1947.
