I think you mean James Coward that worked at Home Builders-still does--Doug Coward, who also worked at Home Builders at one time wasn't even born in 1959!
The Sgt.standing in the middle is Robert Lee Tripp of Ayden,on his left I believe but not quite sure of his first name is Doug Coward he worked at Home Builders Supply for many years. The man to Tripps right appears to be Gregg Davis of Ayden,possibly a Lieutenant at that time.
The rifles in the racks are cal. 30 M-1 carbines.

I realized the error after I posted the comment but decided not to make another post immediately, I knew all of those guys as I served with them.
