Description
Letter to Frances Renfrow from R. B. Glenn requesting a copy of a Charlotte Observer article in support of Governor Charles B. Aycock. Renfrow began her career as a stenographer in 1906, and from 1909 to 1913 was clerk-stenographer for the firm of Charles B. Aycock and Robert Winston. During this time, she also served as assistant to Governor Aycock. Renfrow was heavily involved in politics and campaigned for numerous Democratic candidates.
