Description
V-mail from Victoria Wesson Craw of Charlottesville, Va., to Captain Fairfax K. Dillon of the Army Air Force during World War II. Craw expresses her gratitude for Dillon’s condolences at the loss of her husband, Demas “Nick” Craw. She thanks him for sending a card and photograph, and expresses her hope for a short victory. Written in the bottom left-hand corner is a note that the letter was answered on 10 June 1943.
