Looking at this picture, I think it may be on Charles Blvd. The bridge may have been replaced with the current train bridge. The building in the background looks familiar - there used to be a similar structure, less the awning, in the same location for years. And it looks like a tobacco warehouse in the distance. The area between the building and the tobacco warehouse, if this is the correct location, is now the parking lot near Minges.
