Satchwell, Senior Surgeon, of the Medical Examining Board, General Hospital, No. 2, Wilson, N.C., for Major Thomas Sparrow for sixty days. Sparrow is declared unfit for duty because of gastroenteritis with excessive debility and great emaciation.
