Description
Black and white photo postcard of Hotel Proctor, Greenville, North Carolina, on the corner of Evans and Third Streets. W. E. Proctor built the Proctor Hotel in 1911. The building was designed by the firm of Hook and Rogers of Charlotte. In addition to its 77 guestrooms, the building housed service-oriented businesses for the convenience of the guests, and a dinning room for guests and the public. Date approximated.
