On the card are the words: Dr. Grosvenor's Liver Aid, The Wonderful Liver Remedy. Small doses, prompt effect. In tiny print at the bottom right corner is: Copyrighted 1879 by Bufford, Boston. The reverse of the card states that Liver Aid will cure constipation, biliousness, headache, liver complaint, dyspepsia, indigestion, malaria, and rheumatism.
