He has a cane in his left hand and a bottle of St. Jacob's Oil in his right hand. The caption is: St. Jacob's Oil The Great German Remedy. In tiny print on the bottom right corner is: A. Hoen & Co., Lith. The reverse of the card states that "20,000,000 Bottles Sold, and In Every One A Cure." On each side of the card are the words: "It Conquers Pain."
