Pink flowers and green leaves decorate the left side of the basket. A sign on the front states: Tarrant's Seltzer Aperient. The writing on the upper left side is: "Use Tarrant's Seltzer Aperient, To Regulate The Stomach, The Liver, The Bowels. The writing at the bottom states: To cure Indigestion, Biliousness, Constipation." The reverse of the card states to: Take Tarrant's Seltzer Aperient in Hot Water. "The Seltzer Aperient should be taken in water as hot as it can be drunk" to cleanse the stomach and bowels. In tiny print following the information is: Donaldson Brothers. For sale by C.R.
