Steuart, Commissioner of Health, Baltimore Maryland dated Dec. 5, 1884 declaring that Red Star Cough Cure has no harmful ingredients and is made with valuable vegetable ingredients. A testimonial follows by Col. Harrison Adreon, Postmaster, Baltimore, Md. This cough and cold medication is a product of The Charles A. Vogeler Company, Baltimore, Md. The card is presented with compliments of St. Louis Drug Store, 1533 Franklin Ave., Minneapolis, Minn.
