Below the picture are the words: "Hartshorn's No.18 cure for Sprains, Bruises, Neuralgia, & Rheumatism". The reverse of the card states that "millions of bottles have been sold in forty years". It is also used for stings, poisons, burns, sore throat, diphtheria, and toothache. E. Hartshorn & Sons, 71 Blackstone St., Boston.
