On the top left-hand side are the words "Dr. Morse's Compound Syrup of Yellow Dock Root - The Blood Purifier. On the right-hand side are the words "For General Debility and Appetite". While down at the bottom is the phrase "The Great Kidney Remedy". The reverse of card is blank.
