Community center blueprint
Architectural drawing of the sanitary sewer and water distribution system for a planned community center building called Roanoke Farms in Halifax County, N.C. This was published by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Resettlement Administration. The Resettlement Administration was a New Deal U.S. federal agency that (between April 1935 and December 1936) relocated struggling urban and rural families to communities planned by the federal government.

This is the plan for the Community Center in the Resettlement Farm area west of Halifax in the Darlington area.  Community Center Baptist Church is located on the property today along Ridgecrest Road.
