Dr. WalterN. Ridley was my "Greatest Mentor," during the time when he gave this speech. I was an undergraduate student at Elizabeth City State Univeristy, 1960-64. Dr. Ridley presented me with a four year scholarship, which allowed me to develop my skills, in the field of Audiovisual Education, and Industrial Arts. Thanks to Dr. Ridley, I develop a career in higher education, mass media, and the military. I spent 38 years on the faculty of The S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Also completed my Ph.D. in Instructional Technology at Syracuse University. God Bless the Life of Dr. Walter N. Ridley!V/rRoosevelt "Rick" Wright, Jr., Ph.D., Capt., USNR (ret)
