Left to right: Howard Joyner (age 17), Cornelius Williams (age 15), and Larry Joyner (age 15) from Troop 191 received their Eagle Scout Awards at Mt. Calvary Free Will Baptist Church. Willie Joyner, Scoutmaster.

Howard Joyner is the son of the scout leader,Willie (Buster) Joyner.

There were was one African American Eagle Scouts from Troop 191 in November 1961, and two in January 1962. More than likely this is a photo of all three - I'll research to confirm. Cornelius Williams (11/61), Howard Joyner and Larry Joyner (1/62).
