Gentlemen:--

Yours of the 19th. to hand and contents noted.

I would make stage at 35' x 62' outside measurements, as shown

by pencil drawing on paper inclosed.

If you are going a tobild and have no rented, I would be glad

to have an opprtunity to rent Theatre.

There are several things about the Theatre that could be done

in the begining that would not make it cost any more but

would add to its attractiveness and convenience.

Yours truly,

Samuel T. White.
