Kit has a rectangular wood case with hinged lid. On the inside of the lid, is the label, "Thurlow Medical Co.'s Homeopathic Cures," with a list of the enclosed vials of medicine and corresponding prices. A sheet of glass is fitted into the box covering the vials. An identification number is printed on the top of each vial. The vials stand upright in a drawer inside the bottom of the box that slides out to allow vial removal. The handle on the drawer, both hinges, both hinge hooks, and the lid clasp are intact.
