To broaden our record of 9/11 the Special Collections Department is asking the public to submit their own memories of that day to be added to our September 11 Collection & Exhibit. In order to add your thoughts and experiences to the September 11 Collection & Exhibit, write them down, longhand or typewritten, on no more than two 8.5 x 11 inch pieces of paper. We ask that you take no longer than 1 hour to do so. Be sure to write your full name, permanent return address, and telephone number and email address on the paper so that we can contact you. Or, you may follow the link on this page and submit your thoughts electronically. Remember, we can accept no anonymous contributions or contributions that do not provide complete contact information. Then, mail the essays with the supporting information to:
